Key Responsibilities

The Lounge Service Crew is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to lounge passengers. The ideal candidate will be able to meet and greet guests positively and politely, clearing plates and used cutlery from tables in a timely manner. They will also ensure the overall cleanliness of the lounge, answer questions about menu items and ingredients, and promptly clean all tables, chairs, and sofas after use.

The successful candidate will be able to read, write, and converse in English, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic. They will also be comfortable with laborious physical work, standing for long hours, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service is an advantage, especially in busy areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments is crucial.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are must-haves.
  • Flexibility with shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early/late hours, is required based on airport operations.
