Team Introduction
The Business Integrity (BI) team plays a critical role in developing technologies and driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce and to ensure advertiser quality on the TikTok platform. Ensuring the safety of our global community is a core value at TikTok. Based on big data risk control technology and risk decision engine, we combat dynamic, complex, and varying types of risks. Based on big data and intelligent service capabilities, we improve the quality of advertisements and are responsible for user experience; we are committed to creating a safe and trustworthy platform that users love and where advertisers achieve success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Balance commercial revenue and risk control by interpreting, analyzing, and evaluating key risks, emergencies, and potential challenges in business, establishing comprehensive safety solutions to ensure the healthy development of business.
- Establish a user experience measurement and monitoring system, scan the health of advertisements, identify risks in ad displays and issues affecting user experience post-conversion, adopt targeted strategies, and enhance the user experience within the TikTok ecosystem.
- Combine omnichannel customer feedback and satisfaction reports; use data analysis, user feedback, and requirement gathering to proactively and actively discover potential business opportunities and issues, and promote the improvement of key metrics.
- Collaborate deeply with product, data, and technology teams to design and build intelligent risk control experience products, processes, and mechanisms.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Management Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Have over 3 years of experience in content risk identification operations - experience in monetization and advertising risk strategy and policy operations
- Have over 3 years of experience in AI product operations
- Strong data analysis capabilities to drive problem identification, attribution, and resolution; capable of strategic formulation for complex issues, strategic thinking, and effective judgment of solution outcomes.
- Excellent cross-team/cross-cultural communication abilities; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. English spoken language should be suitable for use as a working language.
- Resourceful, with the ability to effectively coordinate with relevant parties to resolve complex issues and achieve set goals; with strong innovation capabilities, rapid learning ability, curiosity, and self-motivation.
Preferred Qualifications
- An in-depth understanding of advertising business, content business and its related technologies
- Interest/ exposure to key verticals such as eCommerce, Fintech
- Service delivery/ operations/ technical background is a plus
