**Roles & Responsibilities**

The staff would assist with a mixed portfolio of responsibilities with a primary focus on corporate communications and social media.

As part of the Enterprise department, he or she would be expected to play an integral role in the daily management of these functions and work on project teams for company-wide events.

**Media and Public Relations**
- Work with Director to develop and execute annual media advocacy plan
- Identify and research media outlets, producers, editors, and reporters receptive to pitch and secure stories for placement. This could include drafting press releases, organising media events and overseeing media interviews
- Support the marketing and publicity of fundraising projects
- Attend to media and public enquiries in a timely manner

**Content Creation and Distribution**
- Develop, write, edit and produce content to engage and educate audiences across various channels, including website, social media and marketing collaterals
- Involve in the production of corporate collaterals; including annual report, corporate factsheet, boilerplate, service brochures, newsletters, videos and materials related to key events

**Digital Marketing and Communications**
- Work as a team to manage the development and maintenance of the website, including performance analysis
- Manage and update social media platforms, respond to social media enquiries to engage stakeholders and provide outreach and awareness

**Brand Management**
- Responsible for ensuring that associated brand of the association, brand guide and corporate collaterals/stationeries is communicated, updated, relevant and consistent across all internal and external channels including publicity campaigns

**Administration**
- Be part of a team to establish and manage a media library and archives consisting of films and videos, print and online media
- Be part of a team that is responsible for daily news monitoring, events reporting (seasonal), compiling content and/or resources

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent eye for details
- Strong organisational skills, ability to think creatively and problem solve
- An interest in social services and helping youths and families
- Proven ability to multi-task and stay organised while working at pace and to respond quickly to changing situations
