**Key Responsibilities**

**Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Liaise with employment agencies, training providers, and job portals to attract manpower.

**HR Operations**
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding materials, and ensure smooth orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support manpower scheduling and deployment in coordination with operations teams.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in high-volume hiring industries (F&B, cleaning, hospitality, facilities management).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
- Familiarity with MOM regulations and work pass processes (for Singapore-based roles).
