Reframing and normalize life and transform care for PWD and PMCI through therapeutic engagements, build connections and provide opportunities for contributions in the Lodge as well as in the community to provide quality person-centred care (PCC) and to unleash their hidden talents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and transform current strands of resort-style wellness activities which include mindfulness arts, music, inter-generation bonding and therapy through work to provide naturalized therapy in the Lodge as well as in the community
- Co-design and facilitate rich resort-style activities virtually and in person
- Empower PWD and PMCI to run the Club in the Lodge
- Adopt evidence-based approaches to measure impacts on PWD and PMCI Plan and manage resources for sustainability
- At least a good basic degree in either Psychology, Gerontology, Special Needs, Social Service or Linguistic related field
- Relevant experience in elderly care, mental health or special needs will be an advantage
- At least 2 to 3 years leading teams with keen minds and enjoy pathfinding work
- Resilient, dynamic, creative, organized, resourceful and a strong team player Good intrapersonal, interpersonal, problem solving skills and able to multi-task
