**About 3Cricket **:3C was founded by ECB Level III Coach & former pro cricketer Jason de la Peña. 3Cricket is present in 5 International schools in Singapore

**Job Description **:Assist and carry out duties identified by Jason (Head Coach) to deliver a program designed to improve performance of athletes, be they beginner or advanced, in a safe, positive & challenging environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining safety & enjoyment of players and coaches during the coaching sessions
- To maintain high ethical standards in coaching
- Have a qualification in cricket coaching and to ensure up to date cricket knowledge, skills and qualifications
- Understand your coaching role in advance of each session through communication with the Head Coach to assist in the planning and preparation of each session within the Management/Coaching Team
- Create brief notes/videos on each of the players at the sessions - strengths, areas to work on & any recurring themes to submit to the admin department, such that it can be uploaded and tracked digitally
- Help 3C with any duties that might be required outside of sessions e.g. contacting parents about any changes, updates on their children etc
- To have great EQ with Parents and children. Great Communication skills + an empathetic way of coaching
- To be able to command the sessions. Deliver parts of sessions, small-group work or small-sided games
- Develop working relationships with the players and build on the ethos of the session and the atmosphere that 3C imbibes. It is important that the work ethic filters through the players and other coaches
- Always be aware about creating and maintaining safe, fun & challenging environments, so every player can achieve success.

- To reflect on sessions and provide evaluations on the success of sessions based on the planned goals and learning outcomes
- To travel to competitions in country and abroad with the respective team and assist 3C with the match preparations in terms of setting up warm ups, discussing and reinforcing game plans, offering help and support to team where needed, setting up cool-downs and highlighting opportunities to reflect on things that went well or maybe lessons learnt
- Document players on the Digital Report cards. To strive to continually challenge the group with appropriately pitched activities and challenges.

**Minimum Qualifications **:Level II coach, with 2 years of coaching experience. If played professionally, it's a huge bonus

**Expected work hours**:

- 40 hours a week. As it’s season based - some weeks will be heavier than others
