**Primary Purpose**:
As a **Stockroom Specialist**at Coach, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our back-of-house processes. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise to support the sales floor and take full accountability of the entire stock flow and management.

- Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Organize the stockroom and maintain inventory levels in accordance with company standards.
- Responsible for all the paperwork and system entry related to stocks.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed to support sales team.
- Ensure all products are tagged and stored properly.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and back-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with sales associates and managers to ensure timely product availability.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and through proper documentation.
- Responsible for regular and ad-hoc stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Adhere and maintain accountability for inventory accuracy and support loss prevention initiatives.
