Job Responsibilities:
e-Commerce Order Fulfilment

e-Commerce Returns Management

e-Commerce Inventory Management- Monitor the order tracking process and ensure order are processed in accordance with fulfillment SOP
- Perform replenishment shipment to regional warehouse(s) in accordance to inventory replenishment strategy
- Perform sales & marketing / support & replacement shipments to partners or end consumers
- Review and perform order rectification prior to shipment status
- Respond to issues ticketing systems pertaining to order related queries
- Responsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against warehouse(s)
- Manage return merchandise in warehouse(s)
- Establish, monitor and manage service providers to ensure resource optimization in various aspects
- Co-ordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company’s risk
- Maintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Management team
- Learning objectives
- Intern will get to acquire knowledge on Supply Chain (End-to-End Order Fulfilment, Operational Logistics & Customer Service).
- Intern will also learn data analysis and reporting.

Pre-Requisites:

- Fresh Grad or Undergrad majoring in supply chain is preferred
- Able to commit to at least 6 months internship
- Attention to detail is critical
- Strong and proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask - working on multiple cases at the same time
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict timelines
- Able to excel and strive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comprehension
- Solution-oriented
- Process-driven and dedicated to following and improving established policies and procedures
- Ability to critically think and analyze information on the fly
