**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities
- Co-create projects and programs for lyf globally
- Conduct data analysis for lyf properties performance
- Point of contact to effectively communicate updates to all lyf Champions and Ambassadors of Buzz
- Provide support to lyf’s AVP Operations and Operation Manager on the implementation of tools and training programs
- Identify, collect and share best practices within the lyf Champion global network
- Attend weekly, bi-weekly, monthly meeting with all stakeholders of lyf Head Quarter (HQ)
- Deep Dive on potential programs to enhance lyf operations
- Coordinate with lyf HQ’s stakeholders to achieve key deliverables
- Gather & share progresses, good practices & pain points to review internally by lyf HQ

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business
- Possess analytical skills, is detail-oriented, digitally oriented, and people-oriented
- Innovative and creative team player who is also an independent individual and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Demonstrates accountability and thrives in multi-disciplinary environments while effectively managing numerous tasks
- Self-motivated and energetic
