**What the role is**
- We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive / Executive to join our Payroll & Claims team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing and administering Payroll & Claims Services for our service partners.

**What you will be working on**
- Processing payroll and claims for various government agencies accurately and in a timely manner in accordance to the standard operation procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance with policies and relevant regulations
- Process salaries (including bonuses), CPF and other statutory contributions of existing and new employees.
- Process salaries of exit cases (including no-pay leave)
- Ensure that appropriate certification and approvals are in place
- Ensure that all pay transactions are being verified and approved by Supervisor before being processed for payments
- Billing of seconded officers for various government agencies
- Perform manual computations of overpayment cases and ensure recoveries are promptly followed up
- Process Journals and Payment Vouchers in accordance to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Exercise independent analysis and judgement according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and recommend course of action when responding to client agencies and customers
- Provide excellent customer service to service partners and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns
- Conduct independent reviews of work processes and systems and recommend possible improvements to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness
- Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by supervisors

- Preferred Course of Studies in Business Administration or Human Resource
- Strong judgement and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and delivery within stipulated timelines
- Effective oral and written communication
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Logical and Critical thinking abilities
- Strong numerical aptitude
- IT savvy with excellent grasp of Microsoft Office and an appreciation for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other new technologies
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits is a plus
