A global Japanese hardware manufacturing company is looking for a 1-year HR Executive.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Regional Manager (C&B), the incumbent will oversee all payroll management, budgeting exercises and monthly manpower reporting.

The incumbent will also support other C&B initiatives and projects such as reviewing existing current processes to ensure efficiency.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related
- Minimum 3 Years of working experience in HR and/or Payroll Management
- Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and various employment regulations in the region
- Advantageous to have payroll, budgeting and data management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with practical experience
- Able to start immediate / short notice
