We are hiring due to business expansion.
Accounting duties:
- Full sets of accounts
- Experience in heavy volume billings and debts collection
- Strong in reconciliation
- Data entry
- Assist in preparing management reports
- Prepare GST submission
- Other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned from time to time
Administration duties:
- General office administration and maintenance
- Assist in answering phone calls
- Other ad hoc admin duties as assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Minimum LCCI Higher Accounting / Diploma in Accounting
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Software e.g. Excel, Word
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detailed and meticulous
- **Work pass holder not suitable**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
