The Employment Legal team is looking for an experienced, creative Analyst partner to join our Global Employment Law Investigations team who will work closely with our internal teams to support the investigation operations life cycle. The ideal person will exhibit strong people skills, the ability to think analytically while maintaining a high-level of confidentiality and organization in a fast-paced environment. This role will be focused on the gathering and analyzing of data, producing reports of forensic findings, taking notes during investigative interviews, and working closely with the Employment Law & Investigations Team.This is a full time role in office role based in Singapore.

**Employment Law & Investigations Analyst Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Employment Investigators team, HRBPs, ERPS’s, Employment Law team and other cross functional partners.
- Search for, manage, review, and analyze data from disparate systems and create comprehensive forensic reports.
- Produce detailed notes during internal investigation interviews.
- Maintain data integrity within the case management system.
- Work within processes for the investigations lifecycle to meet delivery timelines.
- Project manage key initiatives with defined deliverables and timelines.
- Lead team initiatives centered around training, team building and operational excellence.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Experience searching for and pulling volumes of data from multiple disparate sources.
- Experience in document review and data analysis.
- Experience manipulating and presenting large volumes of information.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong typing skills.
- Experienced in Salesforce, Workday, and other HR and analytical tools.
- Project management experience.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional relationship management skills in a cross functional environment.
- Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Shared services, employee relations, analyst hybrid roles and/or HR Generalist experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or similar relevant qualification.
