We’re searching for a **ECAS TA** to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS

**Overview**

The ECAS TA is responsible for end to end execution of all external contractors processes including sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, payments, vendor management etc.

**What will you do?**
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand demand and to define the most appropriate recruiting strategy based on the specific role and business needs
- Partner with right agencies / vendors to create effective sourcing, hiring and onboarding processes
- Sourcing of external contractors as per the open demand situation including special sourcing drives as and when needed
- Ensure successful onboarding experience for the new hires in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (eg. Facilities, IT, HR Services, etc.) as well as contract renewal processes
- Manage the contractor renewal and conversion
- Ad-hoc projects relates to the Talent agenda and priorities, e.g. HR system, employer branding, learning culture, etc.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent working experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment directly or indirectly through Agencies. Fresh Graduate or Diploma holder would be considered
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Structured mind and ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.
- Self-driven, comfortable with remote work and able to quickly build trust and credibility with others
