**Hardware Project Manager**

**Location**: Singapore (Mattar)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Salary**: $6,000 - $8,000

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- As a **Hardware Project Manager**, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers while identifying new business and project opportunities.
- Understanding customer needs and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Supporting sales and business development in tender submissions and RFQs.
- Identifying required resources, forming, leading, and managing project teams to ensure successful completion.
- Tracking project scope, cost, schedule, risks, and quality proactively.
- Ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery that meets business requirements.
- Collaborating with relevant team leads to estimate WBS items.
- Planning and distributing resources to ensure fair workload distribution and optimal utilization.
- Developing detailed project plans and actively monitoring progress.
- Escalating risks and issues to management with appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Managing communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensuring all project documentation is complete and up to date.
- Conducting steering committee meetings and providing timely updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Providing mentorship and supporting the developmental growth of team members.
- Negotiating with higher authorities, including customers, when necessary, and mediating conflicts effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
- Strong project management experience with a solid understanding of the complete product lifecycle process.
- Prior experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent project management skills, including estimating and planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and budget tracking.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a competitive environment.
- Confidence in engaging with senior executives and providing well-reasoned analysis.
- Proactive approach in acquiring new knowledge and skills.
