**Overview**
**Smart Energy Pte Ltd (SEPL)**is a home-grown provider of clean energy in Singapore, powering both local motorists and industries with compressed natural gas (CNG) and high quality diesel (Euro-5). Smart Group also owns and operates petrol stations in Johor Bahru, Malaysia under the Petron and Shell brands.

We are seeking a hands-on HR professional who is IT-savvy, with proficiency in HR software and digital tools. Capable of handling basic HR operations, including payroll accuracy and staff grievance management.

**Duties**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interview scheduling, offers and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, employment contracts, and leave management systems.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including statutory submissions and
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Singapore’s labor laws and internal company policies.
- Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Support performance reviews, KPI tracking, and appraisal coordination.
- Identify training needs and arrange relevant development programs and gather feedback on training effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Manage the full offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and final settlements.
- Provide administrative and HR support on ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives as part of a growing team.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or executive-level role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience in payroll preparation and statutory submissions (e.g. CPF, IRAS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems (INFO-TECH)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally
- Self initiative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
