**What You'll Do**:
As our **Customer Experience Specialist**, you'll be a vital part of our customer-first approach, delivering exceptional service while playing a key role in the logistics and operational success of our products and services. Your mission is to ensure every interaction is smooth, positive, and personalized.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Care**:

- Be the friendly, approachable voice our customers trust - whether it's answering questions, addressing concerns, or offering personalized product recommendations.Guide clients to the best solutions for their air quality needs with your expert knowledge of our products.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Organize smooth and timely deliveries and installations, making sure everything happens without a hitch.Manage scheduling to keep all services running on time and ensure customer satisfaction is always a top priority.

️ **Problem-Solving**:

- Handle challenges with empathy, collaborating with internal teams to find effective solutions.Ensure prompt resolution of any issues, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences for our clients.

**Teamwork & Continuous Improvement**:

- Partner with different teams to ensure we’re always improving our processes and keeping our customers happy.
- Provide feedback to fine-tune logistics and customer service practices, helping us to constantly raise the bar.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Strong Communication Skills**:Able to connect with customers in a friendly and professional manner, whether in person, on the phone, or online.

**A Problem-Solver**:You’re resourceful and proactive in handling customer inquiries and issues.

**Customer Service Experience**:Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, especially in logistics or support services.

**Tech-Savvy**:Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and MS Office.
