Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience at Changi retail outlets.

Assist customers in finding products and provide product information.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.

Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and helpful manner.

Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's success.

Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

**Requirements**:
No experiences required, training will be provided
