Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a
**Finance Analyst (1 Year Contract) **in the Expense Management team

The incumbent will join a team of 10 in the Accounts Payable team, assisting in the Bank's vendor payments, as well as reconciliation of Nostro/ Vostro accounts.

**Main Duties**
- Processing of vendor invoices for payments and staff claims. Ensuring adherence to internal expense policies.
- Administer GST and withholding tax accounting associated with accounts payable
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Monthly internal accounts (IAO) substantiation/nostro ageing report
- Support funding for rep office and branches
- Participate in process improvement projects and initiatives

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- 5 years' of working experiences with exposure to the banking industry
- Knowledge of accounting principles and account payable processes an advantage
- Knowledge in GST and withholding tax rules
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to details and comfortable to interact with employees and vendors
- Good operational knowledge in software, eg. Microsoft Excel and Access.
