Technical Representative for Swimming Pool Robot and Swimming Pool Repair

Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
- **Install, troubleshoot, and repair swimming pool equipment**:
- **Robotic cleaners, pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems**
- **Perform calibration and basic configuration of chemical analyser systems**:
- **Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance**:
- **Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner**:
- **Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts used**:
- **Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at work sites**:
- **Collaborate with team members to deliver quality service**
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum Education: Diploma and above**:
- **Experience: Not required - we provide full hands-on training**:
- **Mechanical or electrical knowledge is an advantage**:
- **Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude**:
- **Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 20 kg)**:
- **Able to work independently and manage multiple jobs**:
- **Must be able to drive**
