We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Pool Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our swimming pools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming pool maintenance, repair, and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
About the Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple swimming pools
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Supervise a team of pool technicians and maintenance staff
- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer complaints
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- O level or Diploma in any discipline
- 1-2 years experience in related field (swimming pool)
- Self-motivated, responsive, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a good attitude
- Committed and a good team player
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Fluency in spoken and written English
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with swimming pool maintenance and repair jobs
- Building and maintaining good relationships with existing customers
- Troubleshooting water chemistry issues and pumps, filters, and other equipment
