Job Title: Technical Representative for Swimming Pool Robot and Swimming Pool Repair

As a skilled Technical Representative, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing swimming pool equipment, including robotic pool cleaners and chemical analyser systems.

This role involves:

  • Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing swimming pool equipment such as robotic cleaners, pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
  • Performing calibration and basic configuration of chemical analyser systems.
  • Providing technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of swimming pool equipment and its components.
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
