**The Role**

As the Internal Communications Manager, you will be a part of the team driving communication and employee experience across Inchcape Asia-Pacific. Being a skilled storyteller, you will work in partnership with leaders, functional teams and the communications community to engage employees and support organisational and cultural change.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you will be responsible for appointed regional communications projects as well as support in setting tactics and plans to drive the regional communication strategy and narratives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design and deliver end-to-end internal communications campaigns and events to realise Inchcape APAC’s communication strategy and to amplify our employer brand
- Partner stakeholders to deliver effective messaging and communications programmes that drive desired behaviours and connect employees to the Inchcape Accelerate strategy
- Develop and author a variety of internal communications including presentations, announcements, stories and videos to be delivered across a variety of communication channels
- Support change communications for transformational projects
- Promote communication best practices that enable Managers to own and lead effective communication with their teams
- Build up internal communication channels to enhance reach and enable employee voice and participation
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties or initiatives as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably with Degree in Mass Communications or relvant discipline
- At least with 5 years of proven and relevant work experience in internal communications
- Relevant experience in strategic communications, storytelling, employee engagement and/or change management
- Superior communications skills with the ability to tailor communication to a wide variety of audiences
- Great relationship builder and collaborator
- Strategic mindset with strong planning and prioritisation skills and drive for results
- Flexibility to work across different time-zones in the Asia-Pacific region
