**Responsibilities**
- Design the animation according to the art style, and gameplay design requirements
- Work closely with the 3D Artist to create high quality animations for 3D assets based on given designs and specifications
- Understand the direction of the game and independently complete the performance of the character's action
- Resolve any production issues
- Guide team members and communicate with other departments to produce the animations
- Integrate animation assets into the game engine and ensure that they conform to technical and art specifications

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry
- Degree in Art or Animation
- Expertise in Maya or 3DS Max software for animation
- Experience with game engines (Unity/ Unreal Engine) and their animation requirements
- Knowledge of skinning and rigging in order to troubleshoot issues
- Team player with strong communication skills and follow-ups
- Able to receive and adapt to feedback and changes quickly
- Passionate about games and animation
- Well versed in animating characters, creatures, vehicles and props, with a creative sense of movement
- Ability to handle pressure
