**Senior Vice President, Broking, SEAK**

**What can you expect?**

Reporting to the Head, Treaty, Singapore, this role provides Treaty Broking support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer plans. Ensures customer questions and issues are addressed and answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs. With a key focus on Property and Casualty this role will be instrumental in resolving and overseeing customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions and products.

**We will count on you to**:

- Manage overall interaction with client in medium to large client transactions
- Utilize knowledge of client industry to analyze risk reports and develop innovative approaches to difficult client needs and articulate the value to clients
- Contribute to the firm’s body of knowledge through active internal communication to enable colleagues to better serve clients
- Work to solidify strong relationships with insurers/reinsurers, clients, colleagues and utilize specialists in other areas of the firm to deliver highly complex, best-in-class solutions to clients
- Demonstrate a near complete understanding of coverage lines, markets and other more specialized products and keep abreast of changing risk and insurance market conditions to better serve clients
- Produce new clients, design programs for them and establish relationships through meetings and exhibiting professional skills in order to generate revenue
- Participate in the revenue/budget process with the management team
- Oversee responses to client queries and concerns, ensuring issues are resolved completely and promptly
- Review and clarify contract documents and bond forms, as well as banking terms and conditions
- Review and guide the Client on the terms and conditions of General Agreement of Indemnity required to be executed by Clients to support all surety transactions

**What you need to have**:

- Good knowledge of property & casualty reinsurance business with over 10 years of relevant experience, especially within a strong performing casualty line of business
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
