**Assistant Vice President - Broking Support**

**We will rely on you to**:

- Manage placement in accordance with appropriate timelines for clients
- Prepare technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of Treaty Business
- Prepare treaty slip/wordings and cover notes, ensuring contract certainty
- Prepare endorsements and addendums
- Maintain treaty placement correspondence files electronically
- Ensure documentation and electronic filing are as per Professional Standards
- Prepare of quotation Sheet and placement Sheet during renewal
- Prepare Treaty Term Summary Sheet
- Other incidental duties related to the negotiation and placement of Treaty reinsurance contracts

**What you need to have**:

- At least 3 to 4 years of prior experience in providing administrative support to clients in preparation of documents in the insurance and/or reinsurance sector
- Treaty insurance and reinsurance experience would be preferred
- Strong administrative skills and experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of the general principles surrounding treaty insurance or other transferrable skills and attitude will also be relevant
- Resilience and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office
