**Job Summary**:
The Trade Operations Team is a group responsible for ensuring accurate and timely settlement of trades done by the Proprietary Trading Department. You would need to work closely with back-office team as well as external parties such as brokers and exchanges to resolve any potential post-trade failure promptly. The trading team trades various financial instruments across multiple exchanges in Asia and you would need to be familiar with the multitude settlement rules and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily reconciliation of trading records
- Keep track of corporate actions on securities in our portfolio and make appropriate adjustment
- Monitoring our trading position and arrange for borrowing of securities if necessary
- Liaising with back office and ensure the smooth settlement of ETF primary transaction

**Requirements**:

- Interest in the financial markets (knowledge of APAC markets is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well organized with excellent time management abilities
- Proficient with Excel and VBA
