**Job Description and Responsibilities**:
1. To assist in accountability and responsibility for supply chain management, especially familiar with Battery related supply chain support globally.
2. Have clear understanding of lead acid battery production, factory audit, delivery especially global logistic. Have clear understand of operation of all the Customs and Trade Compliance activities for battery related (eg. Strategic Goods Control, FTA schemes, Export / Foreign Trade Controls, the efficacy of permit declarations, the impact of Dangerous Goods regulations on customs clearance for DG classified shipments, special customs clearance procedures)

3. Have understanding on Identifying business opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth attainment

4. Liaise with clients and order related support to key account customers by handling their needs, requirements, and queries, especially on deliveries. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
5. Achieve the company goal on fast delivery and sales support to meet the sales target

6. Require frequent travel globally

**Education and Work experience required**:
1. At least 5 to 8 years of experience in similar job capacity.

2. Strong business sense and industry expertise

3. Excellent communication skills to work with various levels of management and operational teams across the business, externally with customers and related government authority.

4. Strong analytical skills and good understanding of the global trades

5. Able to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines

6. Fluent in English and Chinese. To liaise with colleagues from HQ(China)

7. Proficiency in database and Microsoft office, SAP system
