Job Description

The main role is to manage the SingPost Transport fleet. It requires the incumbent to work with Operations Managers on their fleet requirement, day-to-day running of the fleet as well as projects such as electrification of SingPost Fleet and FMS.

The incumbent is to manage the smooth deployment of vehicles across the company and all the related services. The incumbent will work with internal customers such as Managers and Supervisor within SingPost as well as external vendors to maintain the fleet. A major role will be the purchasing of vehicles where the incumbent will prepare the tender, award and subsequently, the deployment of the vehicles.

With FMS, vehicle management is no longer done manually. The incumbent will not only manage the fleet using the system, he is to ensure that the system is fully functional and used by all staff who use SingPost transport. He is also to continue with constant improving of the FMS with a view for integration with SingPost Delivery App.

Additionally, the incumbent will also maintain the SPDN (current Delivery system). The incumbent is expected to manage over 1,000 mobile devices for use by Last Mile team. He will also work with GT and SPDN vendor on improving the system.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma
- Experience in managing large vehicle fleet
- Experience in Project Management
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and Power BI
- Possess Class 2B/Class 3 license
- IT system knowledge (for Fleet Management)
