We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Associate Manager with a strong background in consumer lifestyle to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies that elevate our brand and drive consumer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless brand experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute integrated communications plans across various channels, including public relations, social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts (journalists, bloggers, influencers) in the consumer lifestyle space (e.g., fashion, beauty, food, travel).
- Craft compelling brand stories and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media alerts, and other press materials.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g., media impressions, social media engagement).
- Manage and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding, event invitations, and content collaborations.
- Plan and execute engaging consumer events and activations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes in the consumer lifestyle sector.
- Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Provide strategic communications counsel to internal stakeholders
- Contribute in business development pitches and undertake research / intelligence gathering
- Provide business development leads as and when you come across them
- Identify organic business opportunities from existing clients locally and across countries
- Coach team members in business development skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in public relations or communications, with a strong focus on consumer lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of successful media relations campaigns, including securing impactful media coverage.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for consumer culture and a strong understanding of current trends.
- Experience with media monitoring and analysis tools a plus.
