We are seeking a skilled Client Service Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with Relationship Managers in managing and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Relationship Managers in providing timely and accurate support on client requests and inquiries.
- Promote compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by ensuring accurate client documentation.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports to support investment recommendations and client presentations.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client portfolios and provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and potential investment opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments, including compliance, operations, and credit, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in organizing and executing client events and meetings to enhance client engagement and relationship building.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in private banking segment.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with banking software systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
