**Responsibilities**:
- Annual cost and investment planning
- Annual planning of internal and external employee training
- Sample order processing/project processing* as defined in the procedures according to DIN/ISO 9001.
- Random inspection/verification of presentation documents
- Proactive planning of customer projects in cooperation with PM, Sales
- Development of samples for key accounts, A and B customers
**2)**Sample Order & Project Processing**
- Sample order registration in SAP/ZMUSTER
- Project meeting with Product Management, Flavour Creation and FTF
- Check stock for project-related raw materials. If necessary, order raw materials.
- Check flavor stock (AWT) / If required order via SAP/ ZMUSTER
- Work preparation & production (recipe selection, weighing raw materials, preparing machines, etc.)
- Documentation of all project data, production processes, machine parameters and dosages in SAP/ ZMUSTER
- Pack & Check presentation documents and samples
**3) Optimization of the product portfolio in collaboration with PM, FTF and FC departments**
**4)**Additional tasks**
- Monitor stock of lab consumables
- Order lab supplies from local suppliers
- Maintain the laboratory cleanliness
- Do other job related duties as assigned by Marketing Director or Technical Director
- In addition to the tasks described above the position holder is required to take over duties that belong to his general field of work and which are considered necessary for the benefit of Silesia.
