- Subagio Kusuma- Managing PartnerReporting to the head of the Technology Division for the oversight of Asia Application Department within Technology covering both Development and support.

This role will suit someone with a strong technical and commercial background as a Head of Technology, CTO or Head of Application from banking / financial institution.
- Provide strategic leadership and manage development of new technologies and products that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget
- Work with the Business teams (Head / MDs) to define and collaborate with other departments, to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop proofs-of-concept leveraging new technologies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the company's products and operations.
- Recommend and support engineering best practices and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team.
- Act as the technical liaison between the engineering and product teams.
- Drive technological excellence, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of all software.
- Advocate best practices in software development

**_Skills and Experience Required:_**
- Bachelor or Master degree with substantial experience as Technology senior manager either as Head of Technology or CIO demonstrating within an Investment Banking environment
- Strong technical expertise helping the department define tech. stack - Background in software engineering / delivery is ideal.
- Well rounded and balanced personality considering wider context and strategic factors when assessing, recommending and implementing change
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of talented engineers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Prior experience in investment banking / private banking is a big plus
- Must have prior experience in managing both change and run the bank
- Appreciation of IT security, compliance, standards in Financial services industry
