We are looking for a Full-time Centre Executive (5-day work week)* whose job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
A. ADMINISTRATION
- handle student enrolment, transfers, replacement classes and withdrawals
- ensure Centre and classrooms are prepped
- coordinate relief when needed
- keep up communication with parents, as well as teachers
- the ability to manage shift patterns, take care of admin and make sure everything in the centre runs smoothly
B. OPS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
- ensure smooth running of classes and events
- maintain a clean and safe environment for students
- provide a high level of customer service to teachers, students and parents
- necessary for dealing effectively with customers and also for developing a good, positive relationship with staff
C. SALES
- handle sales enquiries for regular programmes
- ensure data of all leads received are keyed in
- the ability to handle complex enquiries and also surmount the everyday challenges involved in adjusting resources to meet demand
**Requirements**:
- preferably 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales dealing with children and parents
- fluent in spoken and written English; ability to speak Mandarin preferred as job requires interacting with Mandarin-speaking customers
- willing to work on both weekends
- diploma or degree holder
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Work Location: One location
