Forward Minder Organization is an insurance agency representing Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Private Limited.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Needs Analysis**:

- Conduct regular assessments to identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to align training programs with business objectives.

**Program Development**:

- Design, develop, and deliver training content tailored to various roles and levels within the organization.
- Source or create materials such as handbooks, manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations.

**Training Delivery**:

- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure training delivery is engaging, effective, and aligned with learning objectives.

**Coordination and Administration**:

- Schedule and organize training programs, ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and performance.

**Evaluation and Improvement**:

- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on evaluations and organizational needs.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Act as a liaison between management, employees, and external training providers.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reports on training activities, costs, and outcomes to senior management.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate training outcomes.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
