**Job Title**: Manager, Strategic Accounts

Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for development of new business and implementation of Trade strategy to achieve business growth. You are to ensure ANL (brand) and Line Management strategies are in line with Key Accounts’ development and improve customers overall experience with the brand.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, customer oriented and great interpersonal skills.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Focus on customers relationship development, establishment, and improvement
Identify, manage and drive growth with customers’ accounts for the Oceania trade under the brand
Capitalize on existing KPI reports to identify areas of improvement and communicate to the customers
Keep abreast of industry trends through proactive communication to understand customers needs and market development
Negotiate named account requests from customers and secure deals within guidelines of Trade Management
Provide prompt updates to customers’ requests
Participate in IFF pricing process, develop, and maintain key relationship with IFF scope
Provide reports monthly for Trade Managers and Management.
Propose solutions/alternatives for operational issues
Collaborate with trade teams to develop strategies for ANL services to ensure maximization of revenue and vessel utilization
Develop and Monitor IFF portfolio, establishing and building relationships with key accounts under IFF scope.
Assist trade team in development of all Southbound pricing policies and strategies for ANL Services
To excel in this role, you should possess good data analytical mind and great communication skills.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience working in Maritime Industry

Experience in sales or project management would be advantageous
