- Department: Commercial- Location: Singapore- Lazada Logistics is looking for an experienced account management professional to forge strong relationships with our partners and ensure that the brands we service enjoy the best customer and user experience that we have to offer. This position is responsible to develop and grow the existing business proposition, expand the life-time value of strategic accounts with Lazada.**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Account Management & Operational Excellence:
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of strategic accounts
- Work with internal stakeholders to address any operational issues revolving around logistics operations, finance and product/tech
- Work with internal stakeholders on requests from strategic accounts
- Work with internal stakeholders to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & metrics and ensure that we achieve operational excellence for the strategic accounts
- Engage, build and maintain trust and long-lasting relationships with strategic accounts
- Ensure that the key account management framework is rigorously executed across the region
- Identify new opportunities to grow and develop strategic accounts across the region
- Introduce new value-added logistics service offerings
- Develop, implement and execute account management strategies to ensure win-win partnerships

Partnerships & Business Development:
- Develop and execute GTM plans to increase awareness, engage internal stakeholders & potential clients and co-ordinate business development efforts with country teams for regional clients.
- Establish and cultivate partnerships with strategic partners such as e-commerce enablers and ISVs to explore potential collaboration opportunities

Projects:
- Drive any projects that the team may undertake to drive revenue, customer experience and improve the operational capabilities of Lazada Logistics

**Job Requirements**
- In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in an operations excellence or account management role.
- Experience in supply chain or logistic industry is preferred
- Experience in eCommerce is a plus
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- High proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work on tasks independently without a lot of guidance
- Strong analytical abilities and data driven
