**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team during technical clarification meetings.
- Support QRC operations and CSR with product coding and basic engineering advice.
- Develop upgrade and conversion proposals for problematic cases and opportunities in the field.
- Travel to sites and troubleshoot to support Field Service engineers for critical issues.
- Select custom-designed seals and support systems for customer inquiries.
- Recommend standard seal selections independently in most cases.
- Review proposal engineering drawings produced by order engineering.
- Conduct comprehensive root cause failure analysis for problematic cases to resolve issues systematically.
- Maintain a daily log of activities and submit weekly job reports for managerial review.

**Requirements**:

- B.E or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, specializing in pumps or rotating equipment.
- 0 ~ 2 years working experience in a relevant field
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2014 or above, 3D Inventor, or SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with mechanical engineering design and ANSI/API standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering specifications and drawings.

**Preferred Experience / Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn.
