**Procurement Officer**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Researching and identifying potential suppliers or vendors
- Evaluating supplier bids and proposals and negotiating contracts and prices
- Maintaining and updating procurement records and documentation
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues or concerns
- Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to identify and meet procurement needs
- Providing guidance and support to other team members involved in procurement activities.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in procurement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and meticulous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with procurement software and tools.
