**Position: Purchaser or Procurement Executive**:

- **Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)**:

- **Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)**:

- **Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + AWS +PB+ OT**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for securing the best price for all the purchases without
- jeopardizing quality.
- To generate purchase order by using ERP System and submit Purchase Order to
- vendor in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Follow the proper chain of command and all specialty purchases must be approved by HOD for the amount authorized for respective HOD and if exceeds the limit, it shall be approved by the Director
- Responsible and follow up the confirming all orders and their subsequent delivery.
- Reconciling the shipment, manifest, short stocked order, back order, wrong delivery, damaged items and any dispute on pricing, etc.
- Review document and data for the purpose of ensuring the completeness and accuracy of purchasing progress.
- Updating of accurate data & pricing in ERP system.
- Maintain purchasing documents, files and records (eg. Purchase request, vendor file and related purchase documents, etc) for proper tracking & classification, ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established ISO procedures.
- Maintain a large database of vendors and contacts within the industry.
- Continuing for sourcing the new and potential vendor to have competitive price with quality product.
- Follow up with vendors on outstanding invoices and liaise with Finance on payment issues.
- Any other work/project assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum N-Level / O-Level / Diploma Holders in supply chain management, logistic or business administration
- Preferable with 2 years working experience in Marine Industry
- With Electrical basic knowledge will be an added advantage
- Fresh Graduate person shall be considered as on-job-training is provided.
