Senior Operations Associate

You will be an integral member of our world-class Operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth fulfilment of orders and shipments for customers across more than 60 countries worldwide. In this role, you will be leading the Inbound/ Inventory team in controlling all inventory activities and warehouse planning to achieve effective inventory management and operational efficiency.
Our Operations team is essential for enhancing our customers’ experience and supporting key partnerships programs with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

**Responsibilities**
- Accountable for the overall warehouse operations including inbound, warehouse planning and inventory management
- Govern all warehouse inventory processes, activities and transactions including stock profiles and locations across multiple warehouses
- Lead and manage periodic stock takes/ cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy, minimise overstocks and removal of obsolete/ redundant stocks
- Ensure that the goods inward / stock control station is well organised and controlled to sufficiently support the operational flow in the warehouse
- Planning of incoming containers for storage and ensure timely processing of all inbound activities to maintain high inbound accuracy
- Actively involved in warehouse layout planning to cater to all operational flows (inbound/ outbound) and ensure optimal utilisation of the storage space
- Proactively evaluate current processes and standard operating procedure to tackle new or existing operational issues while continually driving process improvement initiatives
- Analyze and provide routine operational reports on inventory performance and KPIs to management while reporting directly to the Operations Manager with action improvement plans

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma of Business Operations/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or any other relevant course of studies
- At least 3 years’ experience in inventory management role in a warehouse environment and dealing with freight forwarder
- Experience using professional or customized OMS / WMS Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (to converse with Mandarin speaking counterparts)
- Experience in management reporting to keep KPIs in check and support decision making process
- Able to communicate effectively on both technical and non-technical topics to customers/vendors and team members
- Good problem solver who is able to think out of the box for solutions, and consistently seek to improve/establish new operational processes
- Strong time management and multitasking skills with high adaptability to a variety of situations
- Intrapreneurial thinking - take pride in your work, be driven, initiative, result-orientated and versatile to adapt/respond to different types of characters and situations
