**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly planning and rostering to ensure adequate manpower for daily operations.
- Provide a friendly and hospitable welcome to customers.
- Put up and maintain store merchandise displays, replenishments, stock checking, ordering, as well as closely monitoring expiry dates.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries or appointment bookings through phone calls, WhatsApp or face to face interactions.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge on products, services and equipment.
- Maximize sales and achieve sales targets by upselling/cross selling of products across different categories and brands.
- Conduct basic on-the-job training for new team members.
- Frequently review SOPs and workflows and make suggestions to improve business performance.
- Establish strong rapport with clients and attend to clients’ feedback & complaints promptly, to achieve high clients’ satisfaction and revenue target.
- Work closely and provide support to the branch manager, and lead by example to influence team members’ behaviours and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for beauty services.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the retail/ beauty industry.
- People centric, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Highly adaptable and able to exercise flexibility whenever necessary.
