Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development:

Timely client engagements to understand customer requirements, identify growth opportunities, align optimal product solutions with client needs, align cross-functional resources to achieve service expectations, and obtaining corporate objectives.

On-Site Management:

Implement and maintain 6S standards across branch operations, optimize facility and inventory management, and elevate service quality standards to strengthen the branch's market presence.

Resource Planning & Allocation:

Perform comprehensive regional assessments to identify operational requirements, optimize allocation of personnel, transportation assets, and physical infrastructure, and ensure maximum return on organizational investments.

Workforce Optimisation:

Responsible for implementing training and capability-building programs for the branch team, such as improving overall operational skills and optimize supply chain operations. Foster a fair, transparent, and positive team environment, motivate employees, and build an efficiency-driven team culture.

Risk Management:

Enforce fund protection policies in accordance with regulatory requirements, perform daily client risk profiling, and serve as primary liaison for external audits and stakeholder communications.
