**Additional Work Hours**:_Standby(Required to work on weekend or at night during scheduled change windows or any incident incurred.) _**

**Responsibilities**:

- Incident management for any backend AW and HCP related issues.
- L2 and L3 support for any AW client related issues;
- Extracting logs from AW or OS as requested by End User
- Quarterly account housekeeping
- Address any security vulnerability
- Performance tuning
- Performing or support in any regular patching or upgrading work
- Capacity and operational upgrade planning and coordination;
- Plan and migrate all users’ nBox client folders out of the Documents location which conflicts with OneDrive backup/sync location;
- Development, customization and maintenance of nBox operational documentation, storage environment layout and key data elements that can lead to improve nBox operational management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Computing or relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of various complementing technologies including client platform/Security/System/Networking etc.
- Team Lead experience in a Desktop Support environment.
- This role is required to work on weekend or at night during scheduled change windows or any incident incurred.
- HCP knowledge is optional, sponsored courses for the shortlisted applicant.
