**Your role**
- Are you risk aware? Do you have a proven background in information technology and experience in the financial services industry? Do you have the know-how for analyzing information and producing reports?
- We’re looking for a Tech Risk & Control Specialist to help us to:
- Support Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) WM APAC in managing our risks and proactively identify operational risks
- Establish and strengthen an effective risk culture
- Analyze data, trends and exceptions to identify emerging technology risks and issues
- Document operational risk issues and track issues to completion
- Lead the Location Risk Report, Risk Control Self-Assessment and other risk assessments and reporting that shed light on our technology risk profile
- Run and participate in periodic risk meetings with the Head of CDIO WM APAC in various Management Forums and Risk Forums
- Run Risk awareness sessions for CDIO streams
- Perform Risk assessments for NBI, Major Business Tech initiatives
- Coordinate Internal and external audits and regulatory responses
- Manage regulatory and audit requirements and requests in a disciplined and efficient manner
- Partner with local, regional, and global stakeholders in risk management

**Your team**
- You’ll be in Singapore and working in our CDIO APAC Tech Risk team based in Singapore. We are a global function that delivers services to design, develop, maintain, and operate digital platforms for Wealth Management. You’ll be responsible for technology risk management, risk remediation and ensuring technology controls are designed and operating effectively for the CDIO WM APAC organization. You'll be working closely with your counterparts - business risk managers, Compliance & Operational Risk, Group Internal Audit, and CDIO WM representatives of various levels.

**Your expertise**
- Your expertise- At least 5 to 10 years of experience working in a large financial organization working on various technical topics and have a understanding of the layers of technology stack
- Expertise at presenting to senior Technology management and business stakeholders
- Ability to communicate and present to large Technical audience
- In depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management will be an added asset
- Experience with network Firewall lifecycle management reviews
- Able to present handle senior stakeholder discussions on technical topics
- Experience in technology risk management, information security, operational control, compliance or audit
- Experience in dealing with or interfacing with Auditors(Internal/External), regulators
- Have an understanding of the impact of technology regulations and ability to interpret the impact on the organization
- Project management experience in planning, testing, tracking, with a history of timely successful delivery outcomes
- Experience in data analysis, validation and presentation (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau)
- Broad and practical knowledge of information technology risks, controls, risk strategies and remediation
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work across divisional teams and create colleagueship in order to drive closure of audit findings, self-identified risks and regulatory requirements
- A flexible, resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills taking initiative to drive things forward
- Methodical, concise, and accurate, with strong attention to detail
- Able to surface and address issues, control deficiencies and emerging risks
- Able to provide practical solutions to sustainably remediate and minimize risks and control deficiencies confident in dealing with colleagues at all levels, in multiple locations
