**The Job**:
You will be supporting The Workshop team and report to Manager, New Business. The Workshop is a collaborative industrial workspace put together by Ascendas Funds Management (AFM), the manager of Ascendas REIT.

**Responsibilities**:
**Events and Collaborations**
- Line up exciting calendar of events relevant for members of our space
- Develop brand partnerships and referral tie-ups beneficial to the community

**Community Management**
- Manage social media channels belonging to The Workshop
- Build relationship with and among users in The Workshop to enhance the overall user experience
- Facilitate business opportunities and collaborations within the community

**Marketing**
- Actively market the brand through direct outreach and publicity
- Develop lead channels and support lead generations and pipeline through various referral networks
- Assist in overall multi-channel marketing campaign
- Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert leads to closing

**Operations**
- Manage the daily operations of The Workshop
- Facilitate on/off-boarding of users
- Streamline procedures and SOP to achieve improved efficiency in running the space
- Liaison with vendors

**Leasing/Renewals**
- Conduct viewings and follow up with prospects to achieve monthly targets
- Engage expiring memberships to negotiate and renew leases

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or Real Estate
- Relevant experience in operations/ leasing/ business development roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, adequate financial modelling know-how
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proven leadership, problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
- Self-starter with high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Tech savvy with a keen interest in digital / social media marketing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and quick-thinking team player, takes initiative and willing to learn with the mentality of a start-up entrepreneur
- Established networks in shared workspace, co-working, commercial real estate, events management, startups, entrepreneurial, venture capital and related sectors will be added advantage
