**Role Description**:
An individual who will assist in our back-office operations in Singaporeand will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams in the company and to connect with our customers.

**Key responsibilities:
- Organise monthly operations manpower roster to meet service standards.
- Organise and assign daily duties to the personnel in the operations team.
- Assist the packers in fulfilling the orders when necessary.
- Assist the packers in stock-taking of the inventory level and ensure packing & office supplies are always stocked and sufficient.
- Conduct procurement of packing & office supplies when necessary.
- Ensure that the stock in the warehouse is well organised and is placed in the right location at all times.
- Attend to and resolve Returns/Exchange requests submitted by the customers.
- Assist in defining and meeting service standards in operations and customer service.
- Assist in creating training materials (eg. short videos) for new operations and customer support processes.

**Competencies**:

- Defining customer service workflows.
- To measure and improve overall customer experience levels.
- To work closely with the Sales team to overcome the complexities of managing a growing e-commerce business.
- To define optimized warehouse & fulfillment operations workflow for an eCommerce business.

**Duration of Traineeship - 6months
**Monthly Training Allowance**
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,500
- This position is open for mature mid-career individuals. Graduates interested in this position should possess a Poly Diploma Qualification. Mature Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply._
