- Job Responsibilities:

- Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
- Maintains the organisation's effectiveness and efficiency by delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Responsible for tasks related to IT operations, governance and risk management.
- Work with IT HQ and multiple vendors to achieve desired operations and project outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining IT policies and ensuring compliance.
- Conduct compliance assurance checks to enforce IT Governance & to gather artefacts as evidence for audit purposes.
- Ensures business continuity by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
- Maintains quality and performance of services by establishing and enforcing organisation standards and SLA.
- Manages the local and remote team members.
- Work closely with all areas of the business to address customer issues or service improvements as required.
- Perform negotiation and vendor management.
- Requirements:

- A degree in an IT-related discipline.
- At least 10 years of proven Service Delivery experience in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service to SLAs and experience in managing key customer relationships within a service delivery type role.
- Experienced in managing 3rd party suppliers and vendors.
- Experience using ServiceNow is a plus.
