**About Our Client**:
The company is a locally headquartered firm in Singapore with strong footprints across Asia Pacific.
- ** Management of the team of 24x7 Network Operation Center engineers**, including all aspects of people, resource and performance management
- Work closely with network engineers to **ensure the stability and reliability of the datacentres network infrastructure**:

- **Develop and align network policies/processes** for consistent implementation across all data centres
- Maintain and update NOC operation processes and troubleshooting guides
- Identify** areas for process and efficiency improvements within NOC**:

- Participate and contribute **product or enhancement projects**

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Diploma or degree holder in Information Systems or related fields
- At least** 7 years of experience in NOC environment **with **proven track record of leading a team of engineers**:

- Certifications in CCNA, CCNP is highly preferred and ITIL will be a plus
- **Network and security troubleshooting skills** and experience with **management of network devices (switches, routers, firewall) **is a must
- Knowledge in **data center structured cabling system**:

- Strong analytical skills with a sense or urgency
