Ensure that planned deliveries and collections are coordinated and achieved at the most cost effective, efficient, environmentally responsible, and safe manner.
- Responsible for the retrieval of returned goods, insulated bins and client ship spares.
- Ensure on time delivery of stores and supplies to supply boat terminals, shipyards and or container ports.
- Ensure 100% check conducted on all packages prior loading to the transport.
- Board vessels only if necessary, to provide further assistance to vessel crew on identifying items delivered or collecting cash payment.
- Attend to docked vessels at shipyards and perform marketing to customers at the same time.
- Maintain a good relationship and rapport with vessel crew, officers and representative.
- Relay and provide details on any customer complaints to Key Accounts Department.
- Assist in picking and packing of stores at the warehouse.
- Assist in carrying out environmental aspect/impact and OHS risk assessment for activities in the warehouse and vessel boarding.
- Meet KPI by submitting all documents within 1 working day after delivery completion.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) and Ethics & Compliance policies.
- Perform any other duties or projects as requested by the superior.

**Job requirements**:

- Forklift license is required.
- Basic knowledge in ship supply products is an advantage.
- Problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to work to tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
